install.xml says

     The recommended method for configuring these servers is to use
     the INF file included with the distribution
     (php_iis_reg.inf).  


 I didn�t find the mentioned file php_iis_reg.inf either in 4.0.5 nor
 in 4.0.6  win-ditribution. Can someone else check?
