The links on the layers (eg. report a bug) are not working currently and it is stated on the download page! :) The jump to user notes button is just a simple internal link, and it should work correctly (jump the page down). Try it on a huge page, eg. some installation page, and see it jump down... > however, you've done very good work with creating the new design =3D) It is not just the design, it is the functionality two!
