Every manual is not complete. Holding nearly complete chapters in temp-directories is also a bad idea. This will confuse readers and writers. > > To be more precise, we need an index for part 1 - 3. Part 4 is the function reference and there is now (with Hartmuts help) a function index. This means, it is nearly impossible to find something in the first three parts. -Egon
