Arghs, sure, install.xml

I _plan_ to split install.configure.xml (the configure options) on 
Sunday. If all is okay (I started this already but I couldn't test, 
since Hartmut broke something and I wanted to sleep ;), I'll commit and
write a mailt to phpdoc, too.

I totally agree. I talked to Hartmut (and Georg) and Hartmut said, I 
should wait and perhaps discuss this first. I don't care if it will be
chapters/install/ or install/. I think, if I am finished, we can discuss
this. Moving the files then is no problem.

Installation should be definately a major part of the manual. Since 
(installation) beginners need _much_ help on installing, there should
be as much information given as possible. After splitting 
install.configure.xml, we can start think about _how_ we can document 
each option.
