Hello Egon, in your last Mail you told me that it would be not a problem to change the license - you only need the ok from the other contributors.
Currently I'm involved to prepare and organize the PHP Doc Meeting, so I don't have enough time to do other things :-( An important step would be the license question - please could you ask other contributors for their opinion and ok/no - this would be a milestone for the next meeting, and of course for the future of php manual.
