You can diff, revcheck.html has links for you to view, what
changed in the English file. This is no big problem.

Yes and no. We should set a deadline, until most of the files
should be up to date. Then they will get moved/splittet/whatever.
This is ONE step, and there will be only a little loss of work I think.
