[PHP-DOC] Manual translation

Hi, body!         My name is Thales Medeiros, from Brazil.         I'm a PHP.net visitor since 2000, and up to now, there is no whole translation of the manual to the Portuguese. I always try to to indicate this site to the people here that look around a good manual to lear PHP. But always there's someone that say "But I can't learn there, because everything is in English".         So I come here to put myself on help, offering to help to translate the PHP Manual.
