Filesystem functions that contain the &no-windows; entity are as
follows:

chgrp, chmod, chown, filegroup, fileinode, fileowner, is_link, link,
linkinfo, readlink, symlink, umask

The question is, which work now and when did they begin to work? And
to go beyond this bug, how about making available a list of all
win32/linux "differences", in relation to PHP. There are a few, like
slashes, \newlines, various functions, sendmail_from directive, etc.

Many of the file function in the manual now works on Win32
Sure you know that, but the manual is not updated.
