Hi! I am sad :((( There are no CVS $Revision tags in English function files. So revcheck cannot get the revision numbers from English function files, and current revision is not tracked in English function files themselfs.
But in all the translated files 1.1 are printed as the EN-Revision header. Now if someone adds $Revision headers to all English files, he need to change all translated files to include 1.2 as the current revision (as adding $Revision to all files would jump revisions by one). This cannot be done by hand... Who would like to contribute to do this? Sorry for me, that I had no time to look at Hartmut's samples, and never run a revcheck on those files.
