[PHP-DOC] revcheck.html.gz

Hi Jim and phpdoc!

As the revcheck output is quite big now, I would like to ask
for a revcheck.html.gz file instead (as with build logs).
This would help much, as a 1,1M revcheck HTML file would only
be some kilobytes...
