Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at 
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

There are no reason to add something about ob_start() there because the
ask of faq is why that infame warning is showed. Howver, you can
comment the ob_start() function in the url:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.ob-start.php
