Hei Victor

You sent me this file a few hours ago, you told me that you do not
have a cvs account yet and that I could commit it to the repository.

I checked if the file was OK, had to fix a few missing tags and commited
it to the repository not long ago. I was thinking to send you a mail this
afternoon with information about this, with thanks for your work and
welcome to the translation project, but I can see you could not wait to
send this mail to the list.

As I say a couple of days ago, the translation to spanish has been dead
for a year and now I am trying to start the project again, a website will
be online in a few days, a translator-file will be commited
to the repository and the project will be announced in spanish information
websites so people can know about it and help if they want.

I am not trying to profit with the work of others, I have never done this
and I will not do it in the future. I just hope this was a
misunderstanding and nothing more.

Sincerely
Rafael Martinez
Coordinator PHPdoc translation to spanish.
