But if i limit the post upload size with post_max_size and post a file with a bigger size as the limit, php results a warning like 'Warning: POST Content-Length of 8796223 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0' and the error handler is not affected!!! Is this an error by design, because the script is in this case not affected and not executed?
