So as far as the DSSSL sheets need the name it's "zhch" as form the list in dbl10n: ;; zhcn - Chinese (Continental) 1.55 ;; zhtw - Chinese (Traditional) 1.70 none of them is Simlified, but you say that traditional is not acceptable, so then continental should be the right choice...
