I downloaded the Acrobat version of the php documentation but the last pages are missing The 09-06-2002 version shows 1936 pages. Everything after "Chapter 45. Mailing lists" is missing. The 17-08-2002 version shows 2026 pages. Everything after one page of "Chapter 43. Reference: Some Configuration Macros" is missing. I'm running a Mac PowerBook with MacOS 9.0.4. The downloaded files were "php_manual_en.pdf.bz2" which I unstuffed with Stuffit Expander lite 6.5.1 The 17-08-2002 compressed file (php_manual_en.pdf.bz2) has a size of 5,930,863 bytes.
