I've already got a php CVS account, though I'm not
sure if I have permission to the phpdoc areas or
not.  My CVS username is bradmssw.

Anyhow, I'm not even familiar with the way PHP
documentation is structured.  If someone could
point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate
it.
