Please DO NOT include the --with-chm=yes configure option if you generate "old" CHM format from the PHP Documentation. That CHM part is exclusively there for the "next generation" of CHMs available from http://weblabor.hu/php-doc-chm As it's near to access our initial goals, the time will come to support international builds, and so it will replace the current CHM downloadable from php.net and mirror sites. That chapter explains details about this new edition like skining or custom context menu, so please do not include it if you build CHMs with the "old method".
