Well, I think I didn't manage to express well. I meant whether a error in the zh file or an out of date zh file would cause the system report errors related with some en files, and of course these are all in the zh build. I'm not talking about the en build.
Actually, I looked into some errors when I doing 'make test' with the zh build, some of them are reported in files in the en tree. In fact, they are caused by an out of date zh file, and some en files cannot find ID reference in the old file.
