PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: file documentation a little inaccurate?

The documentation for the file() function does not state explicitly that
file will return false if the file does not exist. This is rather
confirmed and can be cross-checked by looking at the readfile page, but it
might be worth adding it though.

Then, shouldnt the result data type be "mixed" instead of "array"?
