Guys, you can log in at http://master.php.net/manage/users.php with your CVS account data. After that a cookie is set, so you can alter notes. Mirror sites can be used to edit notes, as the actual edit action takes place at master.php.net (which is up currently). Though it might be a good idea to wait for all the things to be sorted out.
