If you insist... I did find another case of this problem, but only one so
I'm still ambivalent about it, but as you imply: The clearer we make the
manual the less likely we are to see bogus reports like this one.

I'll add the aforementioned example and a few others to the bottom of the
strftime manual page with lots of /* commenting */ explaining the more
unexpected results such as this one.
