From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Operating system: windows PHP version: 4.3.0 PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: [chm] bug on migration4.empty.html
I have found a bug on page migration4.empty.html [chm date: 2002-12-27]... This new behavior makes sense in web applications, with all input fields returning strings even if numeric input is requested, and with PHP's capabilities of automatic type conversion. But on the """"""other had""""" other hand it might break your code in a rather subtle way, leading to misbehavior that is hard to track down if you do not know about what to look for. -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=21770&edit=1 -- Try a CVS snapshot: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=trysnapshot Fixed in CVS: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=fixedcvs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=needtrace Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=submittedtwice register_globals: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=globals PHP 3 support discontinued: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=php3 Daylight Savings: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=dst IIS Stability: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=isapi Install GNU Sed: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=21770&r=gnused -- PHP Documentation Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
