PHP version: 4.3.0
PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: function & methods case sensitivity

Yeah, we all know, that functions and methods are case insensitive.
But I can't find any mention about this in docs, only in user notes.
I suppose this MUST be added to Language Reference/Functions and Language
Reference/Classes and Objects.
