I had two things in my mind to improve how the manual pages are useful
now, while fixing a few Mozilla related layout problems.
1. Put language listing into a dropdown, not a link list. I think the
current list of languages is a bit too much for a viewer to see on top
of all pages. Most users never change languages. So a simple dropdown
would take much less space.
2. Remove link underline from left sidebar links. Those are printed with
so small fonts that having the underlines affects readability. Everybody
knows that those are links, its obvious, even if you are a newcomer to
the site. So I think removing the underlines would make them more
readable and thus the navigation more useful.
