I was helping out a spanish speaking user today and was about to reference him to:
http://www.php.net/manual/es/ref.sockets.php when I noticed that although the content was in english (indicating an untranslated page) it was NOT the same content as http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.sockets.php . http://cvs.php.net/co.php/phpdoc-es/reference/sockets/reference.xml confirms this, appearantly the english version was simply copied here at some point creating a situation where spanish speakers not only need to fuddle through a foreign language, but get out dated content in the process. I'm tempted to simply 'cvs remove' this document (my spanish isn't good enough to do a proper translation), but I'm curious if there was a reason for doing that that I'm simply not seeing. If I find other cases like this should I remove those?
