 paradoxical, the only problems i run into when the xml header charset set
to UTF-8, was when i used UTF-8
were the hebrew charset is [{215},{143-172}] the jade yelled about the
second bit.
on the ascii charset the hebrew is [{224-250}] and all run smoothly.
