I have started to write up an agenda for the meeting, which will probably be much more extensive then last year's agenda was. I would like to provide a brief explanation on all the issues planned for discussion, so people won't be there without knowing what we are talking about (as that happened with some topics in 2002). I hope we can do more in less time this way.
I have written most of the agenda today, but realized that some problems quite overlap each other, and there are many crosslinks. I'll regroup the problems into some main areas, so it will be easier to undestand. And then make subproblems out of the current ones listed in my last topics proposal. I try to include links to deeper explanation, and summarize the main questions.
I was a very good plan on how to write this agenda, but Wez's livedoc suggestion today added a spin to every build system / offline version related issue. So I need to provide a different perspective on XSL stuff too :) That is good news for phpdoc I beleive, but it takes more time to write up a correct agenda this way :)
Expect the first version of the agenda to come this weekend, or at last the middle of next week.
On the exact place and time of the meeting has anybody checked if we can get a room for this [Georg?], and what about trying to fix the time. I think to get the most of our time it would be nice to start as early as possible. I would vote for an all-day meeting if you are not against it [starting in the morning]. Note that the 2002 meeting was a multiple day event, and we have at least as many topics to discuss as in 2002.
