I just talked with LinuxTag Orga. It's no problem to get a single room - but I have to make a reservation next week. So I should know, how many people will attend, and duration of the meeting (begin and end)
As I said, I would be happy to have an all-day event, I think we will be able to fill it in with valuable discussions. I am just putting together an agenda for the meeting with explanations and other stuff, so I am confident we will be able to talk one day long ;) In case guys can bare it ;)

I hope Wez can be with us, he has quite some ideas [livedocs especially:)]. I also understand that somebody needs to be at the booth on 10th too, so not everybody can attend. I think this seems to be a complete list. There may be some changes, but not much change in the number of attendees.
Also Arjen Lentz (MySQL AB, Author of MySQL Manual) will be there, maybe you all can help him with some tips (migration from texinfo to docbook).
