Curious how people are going to discuss this information, like is someone making printed copies of the agenda? And of all the links within? There is a lot of information to digest :)
As for me, I am not going to have my new laptop (many thanks to Ron:) with me, therefore I have the agenda printed out. Now I am on rereading the linked documents, and writing some notes on the printed paper. There will be enough digital equipment [laptops] to reread anything if needed. I'll also have a half day train journey to get there, so I am going to rethink some points, and try to add some notes for myself.
The intention with gathering the information together was to help people get to know the topics before the meeting. I hope they at least read the summaries to prepare for the discussion. One of the problems last year was that we needed to introduce every topic from the ground up, because we only had titles of the topics. I hope the agenda will help people prepare.
