Description:
------------
On the documentation of the function htmlspecialchars in dutch.

There is a list of all things that this function will convert, there
stands the line:
'>' (groter dan) wordt '&>'

But this is wrong, the htmlspecialchars function will convert > to
>

I don't know if this is in all translations.
