[PHP-DOC] not all options are mentioned in imap_open() documentation

I didn't even know there is an option called "notls" for argument 
mailbox until I saw the comment because it's not mentioned at the 
description.

Is there specification documents in addition to the manual?
I wonder how other users could comment on this. They must have read PHP 
source code?
