But once again, as Wez said this part should not be a target for translation, only in case you have completed all the other parts of the manual.
Which parts should be completed first before translating the streams.XXX.xml files? Up till now, We translated the great majority of the CHAPTERS directory and now we begun with the LANGUAGE directory. We try to translate in the order of chapters display in the Manual and secondly by finishing the content of the directory which files are being subject of translation. Is it right?
I would suggest you translate those parts first which are really used. chapters and language are a good start. Than pick those extensions which are better used (strings, mysql, etc.). I would not suggest you to translate the extensions alphabetically.
