I'm not french, but I understand a little. I think its said that he is going to talk about PHP in a meeting, and he would like to know if he can use the downloaded PDF file of the documentation in that meeting.
I don't know the answer, but I think it's yes, as long as he displays the credits to the PHP group. Am I right??
