PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: my first and only complaint about php

Description:
------------
Hi, As I was using php more and more I decided to install linux, wich is
the basic supported operating system for apache, php and all the rest. How
surprised I was today when I wanted to download the php doc .. wich was
only available in a non-linux friendly and hugly format .. CHM . what kind
of a joke it is ? I ASK. Even xml would have been a way better choice.
This is the first and hopefully the last brick that I'd trow to the php
communauty. what's the next step ? ms wordperfect ? I think that this
offline documentation is a shame to the great language that php is (I'm
clearly not pointing the online refference tho).
