Bug description:  ext/tokenizer 's example should be fixed

In HEAD -> 5.0.0-dev T_ML_COMMENT is not defined as constant. When
error_reporting is E_ALL, many notices are generated.
In 5.0 both "//" and "/* */" are resolved as T_COMMENT (int)361
