[PHP-DOC] Downloadable documentation

Hello everybody 

unfortunaltly I was not able to find an archive for this mailing list, so I 
am not able to determine what is going on with the downloadable 
documentation. 

So my question is, is there anybody who can tell me...and is there anyway 
that i can help???
