Hello again, There is already a beta version of the web translation system. It's only avaliable throught CVS.
If you want to take a look at it, you may go to the on-line CVS browser, http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/phpdocmanager/dev or checkout directly from the sourceforge, servers (module: dev; root: /cvsroot/phpdocmanager; host: cvs.sourgeforge.net).
