In the web manual for PHP I've found some function that some of the visitors submitted.
As the notes on your site inform the users that everything they submitted is the property
of the php documentation group, I ask you whether I can use that code in my program.
Feel free to use code you have found on the PHP manual pages (including user comments) in your programs.
