Initially it has "No Version Information"  but when whatshisname runs his
version script every so often, the version information is added....
dns_get_record() is (again) a good example as it's been documented for
nearly a year.

If the manual doesn't get updated with functionality changes it's the

So maybe instead of PHP_4_3, PHP_5_0, PHP_5_1 style branching, just go with
PHP_4, PHP_5 style....

That feels like a half measure.... but as recently stated, I'm generally
against it anyway.
