as I have seen from the lists, Lithuanian translation of PHP documentation has been inactive for about a year already.
I would like to continue the translation and would like to know who should I contact in order to begin?
First of all read http://php.net/dochowto and face the enourmous work you take on... Second it would be nice if you could convince more people on contributing to the translation, so the future of the manual would be somewhat more prospective... Then ask for a CVS account, which will hopefully be granted and so you can continue the translation effort...
