Except one small issue: "Anhang" aka Appendixes does, for some reason I don't know, not show up in the toc. But the content is there... I used the most recent html-files available at docs download (php_manual_de.tar.gz 01/09/2004). If you are interested in the chm-file, the hhc, hhk and hhp ones, just drop me a note.
