[PHP-DOC] Livedocs and xmllint

Hi all,

I've noticed that xmllint is required to get livedocs properly working, 
but I don't really see why.

Is the line [1] truelly needed ? It seems to only affect the indentation 
in the toc file. With my debian I had to use a backported version 
(thanks gui :)). Can we avoid the step [1] ?
