[PHP-DOC] Livedocs : ln -sf

Hi nuno et all,

Finally the themes stuff is on livedocs, I managed to get it work before 
beeing AFK for a unknow duration.
I've spotted some errors in my commit :
 1 - I still don't know how to add a working CVS tag :/
 2 - my ln -sf on the themes directofy seems to create a recurent 
themes directory beside the directory content

  livedocs/themes/themes/themes/themes/...

Can you look at this as I'm not this `ln` expert ?
