These two disable_ directives are documented in the safe-mode docs (seen here): http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.safe-mode.php It's still listed as PHP_INI_SYSTEM but both include a note that only php.ini applies. The ini_set() docs are autogenerated (in theory) so any changes will at somepoint disappear. So I'm reopening this report and assigning to jmcastagnetto as he's working on the new intelligent ini_set() doc generation system (tm).
