Back with an okay from nexen :)

I had a discussion with my company, and giving the fact that it's an 
"open source" project, there are okay to provide us with our needs.

The server is a mono-CPU [EMAIL PROTECTED], 512MB RAM, RAID controler. It will 
be hosted in a French DataCenter (redbus), at Paris.

It will be running a Debian 3.0r2, kernel 2.4.24-ow1.

As for the bandwidth, we will provide at least 512 kbps and more if needed.

The hard drives (scsi for better performance on disk I/O) will be 
provided by Vincent Briet company or by me.

The Nexen NOC staff (especially Guillaume Plessis) will have root access 
on the server and is okay to fully manage it for the phpdoc'ers needs.

I really hope that systems@ will be okay now, and that we'll be able to 
start this new fully promising website.
