Skip this template statements, and if it is extended to more titles like <title>Description<title> and so on… It would be really nice for translators like me J, but it depends on the agreement between the doc writers. So I leave this comment to be consider to whom it may concern.
I am fine with using entities. IMHO it is just a matter of someone replacing the titles.
And if this someone also change the functions page structure to stick to mysqli functions doc, is it okay ? (multiple refesct1). If so, the french translation team is okay to do the job (after finishing the EN-Sync, we are at 75% now)
