[PHP-DOC] bug in Contents link in chm file

I originally encountered this problem in the CHM dated April 16.  Today I downloaded 
the April 18
file and still have the problem.
The Contents tab is open to the following:

-  [_  Filesystem Functions
       ?  basename
       ?  chgrp
       ?  chmod
       ?  chown
Whenever I click on "chmod" I get a "Page cannot be displayed" error.

The page is in there.  If I click the Next link at the bottom of the chgrp page, or 
the prev link
at the bottom of the chown page, then the chmod page opens.  The link under "Table of 
Contents" on
the Filesystem Functions page also works.  But the link from the Contents frame causes 
the error.
