The problem of entities in the title isn't solved yet. Take a look at: /livedocs/index.php?l=fr&q=migration5
It handles the first entity and the rest isn't shown.
FYI, it's not related to the entities, but to nested tags (<title>foo <tag>bar</tag> foo</title>). I'll fix it tonight.
