Thanks for the suggestion. It sounds good, but the problem is that if we write: 'change your PATH value', then a lot of people will not know what we are speaking about. The method differs by system to system. We need explanation on the methods.
Also we should not suggest moving the php.ini to the windows dir, should we? php.ini should stay in the php.exe folder (or where else if you install it as some SAPI handler?). I am afraid as being a linux user, I cannot test this stuff out, and there are too many questions left.
