I mentioned it in the XML sources of documentation (they will appear on the web after some time). I have also mentioned that this behavior changed in PHP 5. > It should be > "Example 11-8. require_once() is case sensitive on Windows" I didn't change the title as "case insensitive" is probably meant as case insensitivity of the file system. I agree that this title can also be used (in the meaning of case sensitivity of the "onceness" of the function) but I hope that the comment explains it well. Jakub Vrana
